The CHARTER Alliance has announce its Cultural Heritage Skills Strategy Conference, taking place on October 22, 2024, from 09:00 to 17:00 CET at the Delegation of the Government of Catalonia to the European Union in Brussels, Belgium.

This conference will showcase the findings and recommendations of the CHARTER project, an Erasmus+ funded initiative dedicated to shaping a robust skills strategy for the cultural heritage sector. The agenda will focus on future challenges and scenarios identified by the project, along with the necessary responses from education, training, and policy-making sectors.

Participants will gain valuable insights into curriculum development, up-skilling and re-skilling strategies, and the emerging skills and competences needed for a sustainable and resilient heritage sector. The conference aims to provide stakeholders with a comprehensive roadmap to navigate the sector’s evolving landscape and to ensure the long-term impact of CHARTER’s work.

As the project concludes in December 2024, the event will also address the continued involvement of stakeholders in preserving and advancing the project’s legacy.

Attendance is by invitation only, with limited capacity. For further details and to confirm participation, please contact the CHARTER Alliance directly.
