Third Call for Individual Mobility of Artists and Cultural Professionals Now Open
Are you an artist or cultural professional seeking to expand your horizons and collaborate beyond borders? The third Call for Individual Mobility, under the Culture Moves Europe initiative, is now open for applications! Running from 1 August until 30 November, this opportunity offers financial support to creative individuals wishing to pursue mobility projects in partnership with organizations or fellow artists from Creative Europe countries.

This mobility scheme provides a unique platform for artists and cultural professionals to develop their careers through international exposure and collaboration. You are free to define the scope and direction of your project, choosing the partner you want to work with and the goals you wish to achieve.
Supported Sectors
Projects within architecture, cultural heritage, design and fashion design, literature, music, performing arts, and visual arts are eligible for support.
What type of projects are supported?
Applicants are encouraged to develop projects that align with at least two of the following goals:
- Explore: Engage in creative and artistic research.
- Create: Collaborate on the development of new artistic or cultural work.
- Learn: Enhance your skills through collaboration or learning with a specialist.
- Connect: Build a professional network, strengthen your career prospects, and engage with new audiences.
Key Details
- The partner can be a fellow artist, organization, or venue in your destination country.
- Applicants may apply as individuals or as part of a group (up to five people).
- Projects must focus on creation, collaboration, and learning – not simply the presentation of pre-existing works.
